Services

Every pest needs its own treatment

The insect you see is only a sign. The real work is finding where the insects hide or how the rodents get in. Pick the problem you have to see its signs and how we deal with it. Not sure what it is? Tell us what you saw and we will help you identify it.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician, without a face mask, checking the seam of a mattress
  • Bed bug control specialists
  • Mattress seams and bed cracks checked
  • We treat hiding spots, not the air
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Bed bugs

Waking up with new bites and black dots on the sheet? Bed bugs hide in mattress seams and bed frame cracks. A careful inspection shows where to treat and whether you need a follow-up visit.

  • Mattress inspection
  • Hiding spots
  • Follow-up as needed
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Bites in a line or a cluster, noticed in the morning.
  • Tiny black dots and dried blood on the sheet and mattress.
  • A faint smell in the room when the infestation is large.

How we treat it

  • We inspect mattress seams, the backs of picture frames, and cracks in beds and sofas.
  • We spray only the hiding spots, never into the air.
  • We decide on a follow-up visit from the size of the infestation and the bug's life cycle.

Good to know: An aerosol bug spray kills only the bed bugs it hits. The eggs survive, which is why the bites come back about a week after a store-bought spray.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician, without a face mask, applying cockroach gel behind a fridge
  • Cockroach control specialists
  • Gel and bait in cracks and behind appliances
  • Drain and pipe treatment
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Cockroaches

Cockroaches still coming out at night, however much you clean? We focus on cracks, the space behind appliances and the routes they travel, and choose the right bait or gel for each spot.

  • Gel and bait
  • Behind appliances
  • Kitchens and restaurants
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Cockroaches running when you switch on the kitchen light at night.
  • Black specks like ground pepper in cabinets and behind appliances.
  • Small brown egg cases in corners.

How we treat it

  • Gel and bait in cracks, behind the fridge and stove, and under the sink.
  • Treatment of drain openings and pipes.
  • A follow-up check after the eggs hatch, when the case needs it.

Good to know: A German cockroach egg case holds about 40 eggs, and the female carries it until shortly before they hatch. That's why cockroaches come back after a single spray.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician without a face mask checking a locked bait station in a warehouse
  • Rodent control specialists
  • We find the entry points and seal them
  • Traps and locked bait stations
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Rats and mice

Gnaw marks or scratching at night? Rodent control starts with finding how the rats or mice get in, then choosing traps or locked bait stations and sealing the gaps to suit the place.

  • Finding entry points
  • Traps and bait
  • Homes and warehouses
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Small black droppings along walls and inside cupboards.
  • Chewed bags and boxes, tooth marks on wood and wiring.
  • Scratching in the ceiling or the walls at night.

How we treat it

  • Find the rodent's route and where it gets in.
  • Locked, numbered bait stations placed out of reach of children and pets.
  • Seal the gaps and check every station at each visit.

Good to know: A house mouse can squeeze through a gap the width of a pencil. That is why sealing gaps matters more than the bait itself.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician without a face mask placing ant bait in a kitchen
  • Ant control specialists
  • We follow the trail back to the colony
  • Bait that reaches the colony itself
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Ants

You wipe the ant trail away and it comes back? We follow the trail to find where the ants get in, then choose a bait that targets the colony behind it.

  • Trail tracking
  • Colony bait
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Ant trails going back and forth on the countertop or by the windows.
  • Ants around sugar and uncovered food.
  • Fine soil next to cracks in the floor tiles.

How we treat it

  • Follow the trail back to where the colony is.
  • Gel bait the ants carry back to the whole colony.
  • Treat the cracks and doorsteps.

Good to know: The ants you see are carrying food back to a colony of thousands. Spraying the surface stops the trail for a few days, then the colony sends out more.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician, without a face mask, emptying standing water on a balcony
  • Mosquito control specialists
  • We start where they breed
  • For villas, compounds and gardens
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Mosquitoes

Mosquitoes keep coming back however much you spray? We find the standing water where they breed first, then choose the right control method for the open or indoor space.

  • Water sources
  • Breeding sites
  • Villas and compounds
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Lots of bites at night, even with the windows shut.
  • Standing water on the balcony, in the garden or in plant saucers.
  • Mosquitoes gathering in dark, damp corners.

How we treat it

  • Treating breeding sites on balconies, in the garden and in drains.
  • A fine mist spray for flying mosquitoes in open areas.
  • Advice to keep them from coming back after the visit.

Good to know: A mosquito can lay eggs in any standing water, even a bottle cap. That's why we check the balcony before the bedrooms.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician, without a face mask, inspecting a pet bed
  • Tick control specialists
  • We inspect cracks and pet beds
  • Home and pet treated in the same week
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Ticks

Ticks on your pet mean the place itself needs an inspection. We check the cracks and the spots where your pet sleeps, while the animal gets its treatment from the vet.

  • Pet sleeping areas
  • Crack inspection
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Ticks on your dog or cat, or where they sleep.
  • Ticks crawling on the walls or in cracks.

How we treat it

  • Treating cracks, walls and the places where pets sleep.
  • The pet treated by a vet in the same week.
  • A follow-up after the eggs hatch, if the case needs it.

Good to know: Ticks don't only live on the dog. They hide in wall cracks and can go for months without feeding.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician without a mask treating woodworm holes in a door
  • Woodworm treatment specialists
  • Treatment that reaches inside the wood
  • Furniture, doors and ceilings
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Woodworm

Fine powder and small holes in wood? Those signs are worth checking before the damage spreads. We find the affected part and the way to get the treatment inside it.

  • Wood inspection
  • Furniture and doors
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Fine, flour-like powder under a wardrobe or a door.
  • Small round holes in the wood.

How we treat it

  • Pinpointing the affected parts.
  • Injecting a treatment into the holes, inside the wood.
  • A follow-up after a while to make sure no new powder appears.

Good to know: Woodworm eats wood from the inside, and the powder that falls out is the first sign. Paint on the surface doesn't reach it.

What you searched forIllustrative photo of a technician without a mask inspecting a rug next to a sofa
  • Flea control specialists
  • Carpet, sofa and upholstery treatment
  • A plan built around the flea life cycle
  • We find the source before treating
  • Cost explained before the visit
  • Safety instructions first
  • Follow-up when your case needs it
  • Homes, offices and restaurants

Fleas

Treating the pet alone isn't enough once fleas reach your carpets and sofas. The plan covers where your pet sleeps, your soft furnishings and a follow-up timed to the flea life cycle.

  • Carpets and upholstery
  • Pet sleeping areas
Signs and treatment

Signs

  • Small bites around the legs and ankles.
  • Your cat or dog scratches a lot.

How we treat it

  • Treating carpets, sofas and pet sleeping areas.
  • Vacuuming daily after the treatment, so fleas leave their cocoons and meet the product.
  • A follow-up once the fleas have come out of their cocoons, if the case needs it.

Good to know: Fleas spend part of their life in a cocoon that insecticide can't get into. Vacuuming makes them come out early, so the treatment reaches them.

Signs

  • Bugs you can't name? Tell us where and when they show up.

How we treat it

  • Identifying the pest from the signs you describe, or on an inspection.
  • A treatment plan based on the pest and the place.

Good to know: Geckos aren't insects, and spraying isn't how you deal with them.

Who we serve

Your home has its priorities. Your business has its own.

At home you want to know how to prepare the place and when you can use it again. At a business you want the cause stopped without disrupting operations. So the plan for an apartment looks nothing like the plan for a restaurant kitchen or a warehouse, and we start from the place itself.

Why start at the source

What you can see is not the whole problem

Eggs, hiding places and rodent entry points can all survive a surface treatment. We start by identifying the pest and why it showed up, then choose the treatment and the follow-up. These numbers show why acting early matters, and why a quick spray rarely ends the problem.

Waiting gives pests time to spread

How fast some insects and rodents can breed in the right conditions:

  • Bed bugs500eggs from one female bed bug

That is a rough upper limit over one female's lifetime in the right conditions. The eggs hatch later, so checking hiding spots and planning a follow-up are both key to treating bed bugs.

Source: Univ. of KentuckyTreatment for bed bugs
  • Cockroaches40cockroaches from a single egg case

The case protects the eggs until they hatch, and it may sit far from where you saw the roach. Treatment means finding where they hide and the routes they travel.

Source: Univ. of FloridaTreatment for cockroaches
  • Rats and mice10litters a year from one female

The number shows how fast some rodents breed in the right conditions. Cutting off food sources and sealing entry points are a core part of any control plan.

Source: UC IPMTreatment for rats and mice
  • Fleas50eggs a day from one flea

The eggs can drop off the animal onto carpets and soft furnishings. That is why treating your pet alone does not deal with the fleas already in your home.

Source: Univ. of KentuckyTreatment for fleas
  • Ticks4,000eggs laid at once by one tick

Some tick species lay their eggs away from the animal, in sheltered spots. Checking the place while your vet treats the animal helps you deal with the whole life cycle.

Source: Univ. of FloridaTreatment for ticks
  • Mosquitoes300eggs at most in one batch from a single mosquito

Standing water, even a small amount, can become a breeding site. Finding the water source and dealing with it is an important step before treating the mosquitoes that fly.

Figures come from general scientific references; the real spread depends on the pest and the conditions of the place.

3 reasons the problem comes back after a surface treatment

  1. Eggs can survive a surface treatment

Some insects lay their eggs in cracks and hiding places that are hard to reach. So the plan may need a follow-up after the eggs hatch, instead of relying on what you see after the first visit.

  2. The hiding place is still there

Treating only the insects you can see leaves cracks and travel routes untouched. Inspecting the place tells us where to put bait, gel or a targeted spot treatment.

  3. What brings them back was never treated

An entry hole for rats, standing water for mosquitoes, wood infested from the inside: every problem has its own source. Finding the cause helps us choose the right treatment and the right prevention step.

What sets the price?

An apartment with bed bugs is not the same as a kitchen with cockroaches or a warehouse with rats. To give you a cost that fits your case, we need the pest, the size of the place, how far it has spread and how many visits it needs.

  1. Size and type of placeA 90-square-meter apartment is not the same job as a villa with a garden, and a restaurant is not the same as a warehouse.
  2. Type of pestEach pest needs its own product and method. Gel bait for cockroaches, bait stations for rats and mice, and wood injection for woodworm.
  3. How far it has spreadA first sighting a week ago is different from an infestation that has been there for months. That is why we ask for photos and signs.
  4. How many visits the case needsSome cases need a follow-up or an extra visit. We decide that after checking which insects or rodents are involved and how far they have spread.

Make sure the quote is clear on 5 points:

  • Inspection and finding the source
  • The products used and their details
  • Number of visits and the follow-up needed
  • Terms and length of any guarantee, if there is one
  • How we record what was done on the visit

Tell us the pest, the size of the place and your area, and we will tell you the next step and the expected cost.

How we work

Know every step before we start

From the first call to the follow-up decision, the goal is that you understand the problem and how it will be handled. We work out what we can from your description, tell you when an inspection is needed, and then plan the visit around that, so nothing on the day comes as a surprise.

  1. When you contact us

We understand the problem before choosing a treatment

Call us and describe what you are seeing in your own words, and we will ask the rest. If a description is not enough, we arrange an inspection of the place.

  2. Once you pick a time

We book a visit to your address

We agree on a time that suits you, with a same-day visit in any governorate.

  3. At the agreed time

    Inspection, then targeted treatment

The technician checks where the pests show up and hide, or where rodents get in, then explains the treatment and the safety instructions for your place before starting.

Explained by the technician on site

    • The spots that need treatment
    • Instructions on use, cleaning and when to go back in
  4. After the visit

    You know what was done

After the treatment, go over the treated areas and the aftercare instructions, and keep the details of any follow-up or guarantee you agreed on.

  5. As your treatment plan requires

    Follow-up when needed

If the pests' life cycle or the level of infestation calls for another visit, the follow-up and its next step are set as part of your plan.

Need to change the time or ask something? Call us on the same number and mention your area and the problem.

The first step is simple: tell us what the problem is and where it shows up.

Safety

Safety is part of the treatment plan

Children, pets or a food preparation area change how a place is treated. We ask about these details before choosing the treatment, and we explain how to prepare the place and when you can go back in, based on the product used. You hear all of this before the technician starts.

Children and pregnancy

Tell us before the visit if there is a child, a pregnancy or an allergy in the home. When to stay out and when to go back in depends on the product and how it is applied, not on one fixed time for every case.

Pets and fish tanks

Clear away your pets' food bowls and toys, and tell us if you have a fish tank. We explain the right precautions before any treatment.

Kitchens and food

We mark out food preparation and storage areas and plan the work around them carefully, and we tell you what to remove or cover before we start.

You have the right to know the name of the product and its instructions before treatment starts.

Children, pregnancy or pets in the place? Mention it in your first message.Ask how to prepare the place

The team

A clear visit starts before the technician arrives

When you know the visit time, what the inspection involves and how to prepare the place, you meet the technician already knowing the next step. Send us the details at the start so we can send a technician who knows your kind of problem, at a time that suits your home or business.

Before you book

Your decision starts with 3 clear answers

Before you agree to any visit, make sure you know what will be treated, how to prepare the place and exactly what you are paying for. Any company you call should answer these three questions plainly, before anyone arrives at your door.

  1. 1

    Diagnosis and plan

Which insect or rodent is it? Where does it hide or get in? Which areas will actually be treated?

  2. 2

    Products and safety instructions

Which product suits the place? How do you prepare it? When can the family use it again?

  3. 3

    Price and service terms

How many visits does the cost cover? Is there a follow-up? What are the terms of any written guarantee?

Questions

Every question before booking has a clear answer

Price, safety, number of visits and timing: these are the details that help you decide. If your question is different, type it in the box below. It goes straight to our WhatsApp, and one of the team writes back.

How much does pest control for an apartment cost?

The price depends on the type of insects or rodents, the size of the place, how bad the infestation is and the plan it needs. Tell us what the problem is, your area and the size of the place, so we can suggest the right next step and explain the cost before you confirm the visit.

Does pest control spray smell? I have kids at home.

The smell, and how soon you can go back in, depend on the product and how it is applied. Tell us from the start if there are children, a pregnancy or allergies in the home, and we will explain how to prepare the place and when to return based on the product we use.

Do bed bugs go away after one treatment?

Not always. Bed bugs and their eggs can hide in several places, so the inspection decides the treatment method and whether a follow-up visit is needed. We explain the number of visits and their cost in the plan.

Does bug spray kill bed bugs?

An aerosol spray may kill the bed bugs it hits, but it does not find their hiding places and will not necessarily deal with the eggs. If the bed bugs keep coming back, the mattress, the bed frame and the areas around them need an inspection.

Do you provide a pest control certificate for restaurant inspections?

The documents a business needs depend on its activity and on the inspecting authority. Send us your requirements before we agree on the job, so you know exactly which records or documents can be provided as part of the service.

How long does rat poison take to kill a rat?

It varies with the type of bait, how the rat moves and where it is. What matters is finding the route it uses to get in, placing traps or bait in the right spots and sealing the openings it comes back through.

How can I tell if a pest control company is licensed?

Ask to see the license and commercial registration before you sign, and check the details of the product used and the terms of any written guarantee. The original documents are the proof, not a picture on a website.

Do you work on Fridays and at night?

Yes, we are open 24/7, including Fridays and nights. Send us your area and a time that suits you, and we will set the visit time with you before you confirm the booking.

Do you serve governorates outside Cairo?

Yes, we cover all 27 governorates of Egypt, with a same-day visit. Send us your full address and the type of problem, and we will agree on the visit time with you before you confirm the booking.

What is the difference between a monthly and a quarterly contract?

The main difference is how often we visit and follow up, which depends on the type of business and its level of risk. A restaurant or a warehouse may need closer follow-up than an office, so we set the plan once we know the site.
