How we work
4 things we do on every visit
Spraying is one step out of four. Every visit follows the same four, for an apartment in Nasr City or a restaurant kitchen in Alexandria, so you know before we start what we will do and why. You get the safety instructions before any product goes down.
We diagnose before we spray
Our first questions: which pest is it, where does it hide, and how did it get in? A photo on WhatsApp or a clear description saves half the time. If the description is not enough, we tell you the case needs an inspection before we choose any treatment.
We treat the problem spot, not the air in the room
Bed bugs are in the mattress seams, cockroaches behind the fridge, and the rat comes in through a gap. Treatment goes to that spot with the right product for it: gel, bait in closed stations, targeted spraying into cracks, or wood injection.
Safety instructions before treatment
Before the visit we ask about children, pregnancy, allergies, pets and fish tanks, and we tell you how to prepare the place and when to go back in, depending on the product. You have the right to know the product name before any spraying.
Follow-up that matches the pest life cycle
Bed bug, cockroach and flea eggs hatch after the first visit, so some cases need a follow-up visit. We tell you that from the start, with the cost, so there are no surprises later.
