What to Look for in a Pest Control Company

Most people want to know what a pest control company offers before they book. Here is what you get with Elalmanya Biology:

First: Clear Terms

• Before the visit, ask us what the service covers for your insect and your place.
• Terms differ from one insect to another, because some insects need more than one visit.
• Ask how long the follow-up period is for your case.
• If insects show up again after the treatment, call us and tell us what you see.

Second: Follow-Up

• We follow up with you after the treatment to check that the insects have not come back.
• We also contact you to make sure you are happy with the work the team did.

Third: Fumigation

• Fumigation is one of the methods we use for pest control.
• Some insects scatter all over the place when the wrong equipment is used against them.
• Fumigation is one of the ways we can reach these insects.

• We have a team that specializes in sanitizing places thoroughly to get rid of germs.
• We use good disinfectants to sanitize homes, hotels and other places.
• We choose disinfectants that do not damage the utensils in your kitchen.

Has Anyone Tried a Pest Control Company to Get Rid of Insects?

Many people try the sprays sold in shops first, and many find they don't solve the problem, because the spray rarely reaches the places where insects hide and lay their eggs. That is usually when they call a pest control company. A professional treatment starts by finding those hiding places and then treats them directly.

Has Anyone Tried Elalmanya Biology for Pest Control?

We hear this question a lot. The honest answer is that results depend on the insect, how far it has spread and whether the follow-up visits happen. We explain all of this before the visit and follow up with you after it, so you can judge the result for yourself.

The Safety Standards We Follow

Here are the standards Elalmanya Biology follows to protect you during a treatment:

• We choose the product for the insect and the place, with the people in the home in mind.
• We look at how each product works on the insect and how it should be applied around people.
• Tell us about children, pregnancy, allergies and pets before the visit.
• When you can go back into the room depends on the product and how it is applied, and the team will tell you on the day.
• If your pets have fleas or ticks, tell us, because animals need products made for them.

The Steps a Pest Control Company Follows

Elalmanya Biology works through organized, careful steps to get rid of insects. Here they are:

The Inspection Stage

• This is one of the most important stages, and specialist engineers carry it out.
• Our engineering team inspects the place you name and identifies the insects there.
• The cost of the service is set based on that careful inspection.
• The inspection team also decides how many technicians the place needs to do the work properly.
• The team then sets the time when the crew will come to you.

The Treatment Stage

• Our technicians handle this stage, which starts as soon as they arrive at your place.
• The team uses thermal equipment to find all the insects' nests, then places insecticide inside them.
• The product is chosen from many types to match the insect you have.
• We spray every part of the kitchen in particular, because it is one of the places where insects gather most.

How Pest Control Prices Are Set

Many people are put off by the high cost some pest control companies ask for. Here is some useful information about what Elalmanya Biology's services cost:

• The price depends on the insect, how far it has spread, the size of the place and the governorate.
• You get the price after the inspection, before any work starts.
• We focus on doing the job properly, whatever its size.
• If you need more than one service, mention it when you call so the quote covers everything.
• For regular service, you can sign a monthly or quarterly contract.
• Ask the inspection team to explain the quote line by line.
• Hotels, villas and other large places get a quote based on their size and needs.
• The amount we agree on is the amount the team takes, with nothing added.
• You can book at any time by calling +201007892200, and we will come to you wherever you are.
